Shipping/Return Policy

Liddabit Sweets ships Monday through Wednesday each week. All our sweets are made to order and generally require 3-4 business days’ lead time; for example, an order placed over the weekend will ship out by Wednesday; an order placed on Wednesday or Thursday ship the following week. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email once your order goes out.

Do keep in mind that we make a good-faith effort to ship out as many orders as we can as quickly as possible, but please contact us at info@liddabitsweets.com if you need to expedite or delay your shipment to arrive on a certain date. We’ll do the best we can do accommodate you – scout’s honor!

If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with your order, contact us ASAP and let us know! We’ll be happy to give you a refund or replace your order at no extra charge to you. It’s important to us that you have a great experience with Liddabit Sweets, and we’ll work with you to make sure that happens.
